2cl 1883 Lemon syrup
4 basil leaves
5cl Scottish gin
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
11cl cold green tea
First, infuse the green tea and leave to cool.
Put the basil leaves and syrup in a tumbler, muddle gently, then fill with crushed ice.
Add the bitters and gin, then the cooled green tea, and stir.
Garnish with a basil sprig, a cucumber slice, lemon and grapefruit.
