  • 14cl verbena infusion
  • Sichuan pepper

A flavoured infusion where the slight sour touch provided by the lemon is ideally replaced by the passion fruit and gives a bit of a kick by the pepper.


Infuse fresh verbena in a teapot full of hot water. Place a few pepper corns in a teacup, add the puree and top up with piping-hot infusion. Stir for an even consistency.
Decorate with verbena leaves.
