Saffron Crème Brûlée

  • For 4 persons
  • 10cl 1883 Saffron syrup
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 50cl single cream

A greedy twist of the famous French dessert.


Mix egg yolk and syrup, beat it hard until smooth. Add the single cream slowly and mix well. Pour it in 4 Toddy pots and bake it for 1 hour at 100°C. Let it cool down and caramelized with brown sugar.
