    8cl Brut champagne

    3cl Strained orange juice

     

    Garnishes : Orange zest

preparation

    1. In a previously chilled champagne flute, pour the orange juice and the syrup, then, delicately, the champagne.
    2. Stir gently to mix.
    3. Garnish with an Orange zest
