A lighter, fruitier version of the famous Brazilian cocktail. The vodka more strongly highlights the exotic fruit notes.
1 lime
3cl mango puree
5cl vodka
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Put the lime (diced into eight pieces: quarter each half) in an old-fashioned style glass, add the vanilla sugar and crush to extract the most possible juice.
Add the puree and vodka, and stir with a mixing spoon to obtain an even consistency.
Top up with crushed ice.
Garnish with a lime slice, a mango fan, and half a vanilla pod.
