MAGIC VELVET: 6 DROPS
Prepare a strong espresso and reserve for a moment, so it does not melt the ice cubes upon joining the mix.
Pour the vodka, the 1883 Out of the Blue syrup and the cool espresso into a shaker and add a few drops of Magic Velvet to obtain a generous foam. Add a decent handful of ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15 seconds, allowing the flavors to merge and the texture to morph into a velvety froth.
Filter the cocktail through a primary strainer and fine-mesh strainer into a pre-chilled martini glass or coupe. The result? A silky, nicely balanced cocktail, taken to a higher plane by its dense and elegant foam. Garnish the foam with a cute sage leaf.
