A light fancy drink with an amazing burst of exotic flowers.
First, infuse 5-6g of jasmine white tea in 1L of apple juice warmed in a bain-marie. Infuse for about 15 mins, then sieve and leave to cool. Pour all the ingredients in an ice-filled tumbler and add the infused apple juice. Stir for even consistency.
Garnish with apple, lime peel and blueberries.
