A cocktail that pays homage to Havana and its heritage, in a tiki version and with a glass that packs a punch. A fruity, refreshing cocktail that slips down easily but - as with many tiki recipes - kicks like a mule.
Pour all ingredients into a blender, fill with crushed ice, and blend for 3 seconds - the mixture must not become frozen. Pour into a tikinator glass. Decorate with a fan of apple wedges, a mint spring, and redcurrants.
