A variation on one of the most famous after-dinner cocktails: more mellow, modern, and indulgent.
2cl 1883 Chocolate Cookie syrup
5cl cognac
4cl whipped cream flavoured with orange blossom
Pour the syrup and cognac into an ice-filled glass, and stir for 30 seconds with a mixing spoon to obtain optimal dilution.
Pour the sour cream and a few drops of orange blossom extract (an alternative could be Pure Cane Sugar 1883 syrup) into a shaker, and insert the spring of an ice-cube strainer for easier emulsion.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and cover the cocktail with froth using a spoon.
Decorate with cookie crumbs and grated orange peel.
