  • 1cl 1883 Peach syrup
  • 2cl Génépi l'Ancienne
  • 2cl peach Puree
  • 10cl sparkling wine

A twist of the famous Italian cocktail with Alps flavours. It was a classic drink for lovers, here in a rural version.


Pour the Génepi, the syrup, the sparkling wine in a Champagne flute and finish with the puree to emulsify the wine softly. Stir well.
Garnish with an edible flower like pansy.
