Here is the affogato, it is a milky ice cream made from 1883 Baobab Syrup to be melted or eaten with a spoon. The root is anchored, taste and smell the acidic notes of the birch sap, the subtlety of the baobab and its herbal notes.
Now break the clay crust, touch and feel the material and taste the sweet potato piece with the spoon.

Using a brush, apply 1883 Baobab Syrup to the fruit shell, then sprinkle with baobab powder.

Baobab ice cream like an affogato taken between two spoons.
Large bowl of baobab paste
20g hibiscus powder and baobab powder
Pour in 1883 Baobab Syrup until you have a thick, sticky paste. Form a quenelle. Do not dry. Pour in the hot birch sap juice and place the baobab ice cream on top. Turn the bowl while mixing.
