NIR CHOUCHANA

Nir Chouchana was named “Best young barman in France” in 1998. Since then, he has sharpened his skills and eloquence to share his expertise and his passion for mixology, from cocktails to coffee. Selection of ingredients, complex blends, storytelling, exotic flavours… Nir leaves nothing to chance and practices the quest for excellence as a matter of routine. 

His destiny was engraved in the “marc” and yet it was through cocktails that Nir obtained his first titles of nobility. A complete and accomplished virtuoso of mixology, he now unites these two universes with his excellence and his unlimited creativity. A step away from the seriousness synonymous with high standards, his penchant for discussion, laughter, exchange, human nature: the drivers of his motivation and his desire to delight his customers. He admits that he prepares himself “as one prepares for a play”. No doubt the desire to allow people to escape, to be amused and to be surprised with each act.

HIS CAREER

Multiple awards for best young bartender in France, youngest head bartender in 1998, French Champion of Coffee cocktails (2014), and French Champion of Ibrik (2016). In 2002, he created and opened the bar of the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme as head bartender and Mixologist. In 2004, he founded Cocktail Zen Dreams, specializing in events around the bar, and International Acting Mixologist, specializing in training and in the creation of bars.
