To prepare the hibiscus tea, heat 250ml of water until it simmers. Add a tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers, then remove from the heat. Leave the flowers to infuse for 5-7 minutes, depending on your preferred intensity, then strain and leave to cool down completely in the refrigerator.
Over ice in a wine glass, pour 45ml of the chilled hibiscus tea, followed by 15ml of 1883 Paint the Town Red syrup to add spicy and fruity notes. Top up with ginger beer for a fizzy, tangy edge. Decorate the rim with a disc of orange peel.
