    2,5cl Fresh lemon juice

    1cl Triple sec

    1cl Peter Heering

    1cl Benedictine Liquor

    2 Dash(es) absinthe

     

    Garnishes : Candied cherry

preparation

    1. Combine ingredients in the ordered listed in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
    2. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
    3. Strain into a Hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.
    4. Garnish with a candied cherry.
